Do You Need to Detox?

Detox used to be something that people with addictions needed to do. But, now, because our bodies are bombarded with toxins – pollutants from the environment, preservatives and hormones in our food, and breakdown products from prescription drugs that may persist in the body long after the benefit of the medication has passed – now EVERYONE NEEDS TO DETOXIFY!
