Problem: Temp Alert gateway is not sending sensor data to the cloud. Under normal conditions (not being reset) the power and failure light will rotate flashing.
This is what happens when I use a paperclip to push the reset button on the back near the power cord. I push it once, wait a couple seconds, then push it again. (Video is about 30 seconds long and repeats.)
The power light blinks for a while. Then the status light starts to rapidly blink and other lights go on (video below). Ultimately it just starts blinking failure.

No data is sent to the cloud. Also, no errors are given on the Temp Alert dashboard that data is not being submitted to the cloud, so I have no idea how to detect this problem in the future.
